Fabiana Quaini

With over 41 years of professional experience, Fabiana Marcela Quaini is an attorney specializing in Private International Law, handling civil, family, and criminal matters with international elements. Her practice focuses on international child abduction, cross-border child protection, intercountry adoption, international litigation, inheritance matters, and serving as an expert witness on Argentine law before foreign courts.
She is the author of books on international child abduction and informed consent, as well as numerous legal publications in leading Argentine legal journals, including Microjuris, La Ley, Thomson Reuters, and other specialized publishers. She participated in the 2017, 2023, and 2025 meetings of the Hague Conference Special Commission on the practical operation of the 1980 and 1996 Hague Conventions.
She is a member of the LGBTQ+ Bar Family Law Institute and The Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA).
She received the LGBTQ+ Annual Leading Practitioners Award in Philadelphia in 2019. She was also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) from 2011 to 2023.
Ms. Quaini is included in the referral lists of several embassies and consulates in Argentina, including those of the United States, France, and the United Kingdom. She also serves as the Italian representative for Senza Frontiere Onlus in matters relating to intercountry adoption under the 1993 Hague Convention.
She is admitted to practice in Buenos Aires,  the City of Buenos Aires, and Mendoza. She earned her law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of La Plata, Argentina and from the University of Tours (France), and completed postgraduate studies in international law at the Universities of Tours, Toulouse and Limoges.

Keila Duarte

Keila Duarte is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with academic training in Private International Law, Intellectual Property, Fashion Law, and Law and Technology.
She pursued further studies at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, focusing on intellectual property, copyright, and emerging technologies. She also participated in a UNAM program addressing assisted human reproduction techniques in Latin America.
Her practice is primarily focused on private law, with particular interest in intellectual property, image rights, digital environments, and internet-related legal matters.
She has further developed her expertise through Fashion Law studies at Universidad de San Andrés and at the Fashion Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. She is also the author of legal articles on the metaverse and other contemporary issues related to legal innovation.

German Pereira Dos Santos

German Pereira Dos Santos graduated from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law and specializes in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Corporate Law. He has extensive experience in private practice, having worked in the legal departments of multinational companies and leading law firms, where he headed Criminal Law and White-Collar Crime departments.
He has represented clients in high-profile criminal cases and served as Legal Advisor to the Council of the Magistracy of the City of Buenos Aires. He currently heads the Criminal Law Department at Quaini Law Firm, representing clients in complex criminal matters, including international child abduction cases, kidnapping, drug trafficking, fraud, and white-collar crime.
He is the author of scholarly publications on criminal law and criminal procedure and has taught Criminal Procedure as a university lecturer.

Dalia Sava

Dalia Sava is a Certified Public Translator (English–Spanish) providing language and documentation services for individuals, families, and businesses involved in international matters.
She assists clients with U.S. visa applications, including B-1/B-2, F-1, H-1B, K-1, E-1/E-2, L-1, R-1, CR-1, Green Card processes, and applications for FBI criminal background checks. She also coordinates the issuance of U.S. birth, death, and marriage certificates, as well as apostilles issued in the United States.
She previously worked for the United States Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires, collaborating with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the U.S. Department of Justice.
